Hey guys, I’m Frankie Grixti – I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I’ve been working in the field since 2012 with a population of children, adolescents, parents, and adults in both a clinic and private setting

A little about my approach: As you’ll see in the rest of this website I make myself relatable so that therapy feels more natural and comfortable for the client. I started developing this strategy while working with adolescents in a very urban community where the teens and their parents had a mixed experiences with speaking to professionals or people that they may view as authority figures. I don’t want to work with my clients as if I am their supervisor. I prefer to work side by side with the community members I serve while providing guidance, information, and strategies that feel tailored to the individual family members I’m working with and the conflicts they are managing in their own environment.

Want me to be your therapist? I have a practice in Hartsdale, New York, and I’m currently accepting new clients. I’m also currently in the process of establishing online counseling as a part of the services my practice can provide which means even if you’re not in the Hartsdale area, we may be able to work together in the future – stay tuned for more!
